1. What is Print Manager™?

Print Manager™ is the premier Application Service Provider (ASP) for the global business community. Its innovative web-based application enables companies a comprehensive and systematic approach to their print procurement and management, standardizing and streamlining their entire print procurement operation.

Through Print Manager™, companies can procure and manage their print services over the internet to their existing pool of print vendors, at the same time manage their digital assets.

2. What are the features of Print Manager™?

Print Manager™
offers a suite of collaborative applications to help companies in their print procurement and file management. The various functions available in Print Manager are:

Order Items is an online catalogue containing all the fixed stationeries and regularly printed materials for easy ordering.
Order Status is an online order tracking system, which will display every individual order status from your Order ID, Order Status, Order date, Amount down to Delivery Address.
Create New Job with full job specification required for printing and delivery, save your job creation for request for quotation.
Request for Quotation allows users to send request for quotation to multiple print vendors and track each request.
View and Confirm is an online collaboration tools that enable project owners to invite other company members, partners, print vendors, advertising agencies - anyone with access to the Internet and an email address - to view multiple graphic files or text file and discuss within a chat room.
File Manager is a document management application that allows users to organize and share their documents with each other via the Internet in a secure mode. It features upload and download features that allows the company to systematically archive and retrieve its digital assets.
Profile Manager is a management application that allows the administrators to manage the corporate users, print vendors and advertising agencies.
Reports allow you to manage your activities by generating management reports that describe activity by buyer and vendor, estimate analysis, scheduling status and more.
Message Box provides notification alerts informing users regarding a particular order from the Administrator, or messages post up by company members, partner, and suppliers regarding a project.

• a double login feature using username and password to ensure that only authorised users of a company are allowed access to the company's information in Print Manager.
• Double firewall protection against outside intrusion.
• Daily incremental and weekly full backup ensure against loss of your data
• Our servers are also placed under strict surveillance 7/24, to ensure that our users' information is securely stored in our database.

8. What are the minimum system requirements to use Print Manager™?

Print Manager is an ASP (Application Service Provider), therefore all you need is a computer terminal with Internet access, and you are ready to login from anywhere in the world to use Print Manager. Print Manager support Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above, and Netscape Navigator 4.5 and above.

9. Do I need any training to use Print Manager™?

We will provide an online step-by-step guide to help the new user to start using Print ManagerTM. Because Print ManagerTM is so easy to use, minimum training is required to get you going.

11. Does Print Manager™ provide a ready pool of print vendors, designers or advertising agencies for subscribers?

No. The company should have their own pool of vendors.

12. Do my vendors need to sign up for Print Manager™ as well in order to set up the collaboration?

No. Your vendors do not need to sign up for Print Manager as all job orders will be sent to them via email. However, you are encouraged to issue userids and password to your vendors so that they may update the order status and collaborate with you on View and Confirm.

13. What should I do if I have forgotten my login password?

Simply click on "Forgot Password" at the login counter and follow the instructions given. Your password will be sent to you via email shortly.

14. What should I do if I encounter problems while using Print Manager™?

If you encounter any problems while using Print Manager, you can contact your company's System Administrator. Alternatively, you can also send an email detailing your problems to us at support@kikuze.com. We will attend to your problem within one business day.
