to the RIP. |
| 2. |
Flexible setting for scanner allows
you to scan the composite sheet with the setting other
than 300 dpi. |

use old scanner drivers like Fiery Scan in classic mode
in Macintosh OS X environment. |
Updates from ICCS 2.0: Windows and Macintosh
| 1. |
Cycle Number. The Cycle Number
is no longer based on the Print Test Sheet function. It
now only counts a cycle as complete after the user has
gone through the Print Test Sheet, Analyze Color Characteristics,
and Adjust Color functions. |
| 2. |
Color Output Verification. The
Negative Comparison Charts and Comparison Charts now plot
analyzed color data in an easier to understand manner.
They now reflect the detected color difference. Points
above or below the X-axis show how much heavier or lighter
percentage-wise the detected color differences are. Points
too high indicate colors are too dark, and points too
low indicate colors are too light.
Previous charts in 2.0 reflected the recommended color
corrections. Points above or below the X-axis showed the
percentage a color needed to be increased or decreased
by. |
| 3. |
Color Characteristic Analysis.
ICCS 2.0.1 now performs better when the composite sheet
is scanned by improving the detection and color validation
techniques. This addresses instances when a user was asked
to re-adjust or re-scan the Test Sheet even though it
was properly placed. |
