when you are on the KiKUZE website and using any services available
on the KiKUZE website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to
the practices of companies that KiKUZE does not own or control,

User Information
Each time you browse the KiKUZE Web site, we log your computer's
unique Internet Protocol (IP) address and browser type for administrative
purposes. We use your IP address to analyze trends, track your
movement within our site, diagnose problems with our servers,
efficiently manage our site, and gather general demographic
information for aggregate use. KiKUZE does not link your IP
address with any information that could personally identify

When you first join as a KiKUZE member on a web registration
form or volunteer information on a web survey, KiKUZE may collect
information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address
and other personal identifying information. We use this information

and/or layout of our web pages, notify our customers about updates
to our Web site such as product upgrades, special offers and
other KiKUZE products and services, or used to contact customers

When you order products from KiKUZE, you may be asked to provide

into the final product. KiKUZE uses this information to fulfil
your order. In addition, you may be asked to provide additional
information, including your type of credit card, credit card
number and billing and shipping address(es). If KiKUZE has trouble
processing your order, we will use this information to contact
you. KiKUZE saves this information in the event that you choose
to order from us again. Please note that KiKUZE uses an outside
shipping company and a credit card processing company to deliver
your order and to bill you for that order. These companies are

When you submit personal information to KiKUZE, you understand
and agree that KiKUZE and its subsidiaries, affiliates and trusted
vendors may transfer, store, and process your customer profile
in any of the countries in which KiKUZE and its affiliates maintain
offices.
If you elect to create a business profile with KiKUZE, you will
be asked to provide certain detailed information concerning
your company or business. KiKUZE will use this information in
two ways: (i) for statistical purposes to assist us in determining
the goods and services we should offer to all of our customers;
and (ii) for custom tailoring purposes, to determine the specific
goods and services that would be most useful to you. The creation
of a custom business profile is wholly voluntary.
Email Uses
KiKUZE may also use your personally identifying information
via email about KiKUZE products and services or other matters.
At any time, you may ask KiKUZE to stop sending such information
by contacting customerservices@kikuze.com.
Cookies
Cookies are a standard Web technology that installs a small
text file on a Web visitor's hard drive to allow the Web site
to recognize future visits from that computer. When you first
access the KiKUZE web site, the site places a cookie on your
computer. Allowing KiKUZE to create and save a cookie to your
computer's hard drive will not give us or any other site access
to the rest of your computer, and only KiKUZE is able to read
the cookie that our site creates. If you reject the placement
of a cookie on your computer's hard drive by KiKUZE, you may
still be able to access our Web site. However your access may
be limited in some areas. Some of KiKUZE's strategic partners,
such as those links on our Web site, also use cookies, but KiKUZE
is not responsible for the abuse or misuse of any information
gathered through the use of cookies by such third parties.
Security Policy
The confidentiality of our customers' information is of the
utmost importance to us. KiKUZE has security measures in place
to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information
that we obtain from you.
Our policy is to treat all files, documents and data submitted
by our customers with the utmost care and confidentiality. As
with all electronic transactions, however, the security of your
information can never be 100% guaranteed. As a convenience,
all files submitted via KiKUZE will remain accessible on our
secured servers and be available only to you through your password-protected
account. The files sent to a KiKUZE Print on Demand store to
be printed will be deleted within 48 hours after the completion
of the print job.
Disclosure of Information
Notwithstanding this Privacy Policy, KiKUZE reserves the right
to disclose any information or documents that, in its sole discretion,
are reasonably necessary to protect KiKUZE or its business,
including but not limited to complying with a court order, order
from any administrative body or law enforcement officials. KiKUZE
reserves the right to disclose such information or documents
without a subpoena, warrant or other court order in certain
situations, including but not limited to instances where you:
(i) are in violation of the Terms & Conditions Statement
governing this site; (ii) have engaged, or are alleged to have
engaged, in any activity purporting to infringe upon the intellectual
property rights of another; or (iii) have engaged, or are alleged
to have engaged, in any other illegal conduct or activity. KiKUZE
reserves the right to disclose your personal information whenever
required by any court, administrative body or law enforcement
agency. KiKUZE also reserves the right to report any suspected
illegal activity to such entities for investigation and prosecution.
